EU-Only Redress Policy
At SafariPin, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction for all our clients, including those based in the European Union (EU). As part of our dedication to transparency and fairness, we have implemented the following redress mechanisms for EU clients in compliance with EU consumer protection regulations.
Your Rights as an EU Customer
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you are entitled to specific rights under EU law, including the right to seek redress in the event of issues or disputes arising from the services provided by SafariPin. These rights include:
- Clear and Transparent Information: You are entitled to accurate, clear, and comprehensive information about our safari packages, pricing, terms, and conditions before entering into any agreement.
- Cancellation Rights: You have the right to cancel your booking under certain conditions, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, and to seek refunds where applicable.
- Fair Treatment: SafariPin is committed to ensuring that all EU customers are treated fairly and receive timely responses to any queries or concerns.

We strive to resolve all complaints quickly and amicably. In most cases, we will respond to your query within 7 business days.
EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform
In accordance with EU law, EU consumers also have the option to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes. This platform is designed to help consumers and traders settle disputes related to online purchases of goods and services without the need to go to court.
You can access the ODR platform via this link: European Commission ODR Platform
Please note that before using the ODR platform, we encourage you to first contact us directly to give us an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Jurisdiction for Dispute Resolution
For EU-based customers, any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by the laws of the country in which the consumer resides, and the courts in that country shall have exclusive jurisdiction. This means that, as an EU customer, you have the right to take legal action in your local court under your country’s consumer protection laws.
Refunds and Cancellations
If you are entitled to a refund due to cancellation, overpayment, or failure of service, we will process the refund in accordance with EU regulations and our internal policies. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval, and you will be informed once the refund has been processed.
For more details on cancellations and refunds, please review our Terms and Conditions.
Data Protection
Your personal data is protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). SafariPin adheres to the GDPR guidelines to ensure that your data is handled securely and used only for legitimate business purposes.
